Hunteract - The Rotaract Club of the Hunter

This Saturday, Hunteract will be hosting it's third semi-annual trivia night to support the southern Sudan region of Mvolo. For more details, visit the Hunteract Trivia Night Facebook event.

After a long-due overhaul, the Hunteract Website has been updated. The new site is easier to update, so we'll be able to keep in better contact with our members and the community. Have a look around and let us know what you think!

Hunteract has sent materials and resources to the village of Mvolo in Southern Sudan. The area is still recovering from the civil war, so many resources are still scarce.

Hunteract donated school supplies to the value of $3000 to several communities in Sudan and Samoa. We have also started training a nurse for the Mvolo region.

Youngcare is a charity and non-profit organisation formed to help young Australians with high care needs. They do this, for example, by taking intellectually disabled youths out of elderly aged care facilities to provide them with a relevant and dignified lifestyle.

A Fashion Fusion took place at West Leagues Club to showcase the season's fashions from several local clothing stores and young designers. $2000 was raised.
